The Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

It seems like forever since I baked these cookies.
My Mom's recipe never fails. Well, sometimes they do spread, but that is another story.
It involves the water content in the butter and/or the type of brown sugar you use (light or dark).

Today they came out perfect. I did have to omit the coconut. I was sure I had some...

1 tsp baking soda 1
2 oz. chocolate chips

The baking time may vary depending on your oven.
