Snowballs

I always start my Christmas baking tradition with this cookie. It is the same recipe my Mom made. It is my favorite cookie at Christmas.

Ingredients-

1 cup room-temperature butter

1/ cut shifted confectionery sugar

2 1/4 cup flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup walnuts

Method-

And that is all I have for the recipe from my Mom.

You have to wing it,

Beat the butter and sugar until smooth.

Add the vanilla.

Mix flour and salt.

Add the flour mixture to the butter and stir in walnuts.
