Prep for Saturday Baking and Last Weekends Cookie

I am doing a baking class tomorrow on Zoom so tonight I did some prep for that.

I did not post this amazing cookie I made last Saturday, It was my Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe, click here for the recipe.

Instead of Chocolate Chips I used Expresso Chips, WOW, Heathbar Chips, White Chocolate Chips and Coconut. And of course Rice Krispies. The Expresso Chips made such a huge difference in taste. This was no little children's cookie. This was freaking amazing!!!
