Yeah, you read that right! Another Babka. But can there ever be too many Babkas? No!
I googled Apple Cinnamon Babka and the first recipe that popped up was this one from Sally's Baking Addiction. Easy to follow and the video was excellent.
I made the dough at 6:30 in the morning before leaving for work. It had the whole day to to rise and boy did it rise. A beautiful dough.
The rest of the recipe came together quickly and by 9:30 pm I had a loaf of beautiful bread.
We sliced it this morning and the taste was just lovely. Not too sweet and the apples were baked perfectly.
